These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by Apex LMNT1 and to every distance contract concluded between Apex LMNT1 and the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if:

ARTICLE 7 — RIGHT OF RETURN AND MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
Apex LMNT1 offers a 90-day money-back guarantee on every order.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the bottle — used or unused — within 90 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price. To qualify:

- Return the bottle (empty or partial) to the return address provided by our support team.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt.
Shipping costs on the original order are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or defective. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in cases of damaged or defective products, in which case Apex LMNT1 will cover return shipping.
This guarantee applies to one bottle per customer. Bulk orders (3+ bottles) may be refunded for the unused portion at our discretion.

All prices are listed in USD and include applicable sales tax where required by state law.
Shipping costs, if applicable, are shown at checkout before order completion.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days from order confirmation.
Free shipping is offered on all orders. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
Apex LMNT1 is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
